An event is not considered scheduled until a menu is set and a fifty (50)
percent deposit is paid. The catering balance, including attendant and server
fees, is due seven (7) days prior to the event, along with the final guarantee
of attendance. In the event of a cancellation more than two (2) weeks prior to
the event, a fifteen (15) percent fee will be charged to the deposit. If less
than two (2) weeks remain before the event the entire amount paid will be
forfeited.
